Meet Alpana Bhandari

Alpana is the CEO of Divorce Lawyer Nepal. She focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, and property division. She advises international clients on capital investment, foreign direct investment (FDI), joint ventures, corporate and individual legal counsel on business formation, business purchase and sale, contract review, share transfer, contract drafting, and company agreements, among other things. She also assists clients in registering their intellectual property and trademarks.

ABOUT

Alpana is the CEO and founding partner of Prime Legal Consultants and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. She focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, and property division.

She advises international clients on capital investment, foreign direct investment (FDI), joint ventures, corporate and individual legal counsel on business formation, business purchase and sale, contract review, share transfer, contract drafting, and company agreements, among other things. She also assists clients in registering their intellectual property and trademarks.

Alpana is committed to finding solutions that best meet the needs of its clients and is results-oriented. Over the course of her 12+ years of practice, Alpana has honed her skills as a strong and distinct problem solver for long-term resolution. Alpana previously worked in New York for Human Rights Watch.

She was a fellow at the Open Society Foundations (OSF) in New York City and worked at the Abo Akademi University Center for Human Rights in Turku, Finland. She received her law degree from the American University Washington College of Law (LL.M). She works as an attorney in Kathmandu.
